Refers to Cherokee Indian Story About Rabbit Duped by Duck", by The Associated

"W A S H I N G T O N, Oct. 24 — The last cryptic message from Montgomery
County Police Chief Charles Moose to the Washington-area sniper referred
to a Cherokee Indian
story about an arrogant rabbit that was duped by the duck he tried
to catch. 'You have indicated that you want us to do and say certain things.
You've asked us to say, 'We have caught the sniper like a duck in a noose.'
We understand that hearing us say this is important to you, Moose said late
Wednesday at a televised news briefing, called so authorities could release
information on two people sought for questioning in the 13 sniper
shootings."
We have stated all along that this operation had all the fingerprints
of the Illuminati: from the beginning of the sniper spree on Kali's birthday
to the Broken Cross being formed on the ground by the first six shots, to
the #13 Death Tarot Card, to the Pentagram formed on the ground by the total
number of shots, all conclusively pointed to the Masters of the Illuminati
as the force and the brilliance behind this sniper spree.
However, nothing -- and I repeat nothing -- demonstrates the Illuminati
hand behind this shooting spree than the halting, clumsy manner in which
Police Chief Moose delivered the final Mind Control message to the shooter
that the time had arrived to give himself up. Surely the Illuminati could
have found someone to deliver this message via the Media that would understand
he was passing the message and give it in a smooth manner that would not
seem obvious. When Chief Moose said, "You have indicated that you want us
to do and say certain things. You've asked us to say ... We understand that
hearing us say this is important to you ...", he had given the inside truth
away to anyone who understands the Illuminati and their Mind Control.
Let us explain.
"To create a trained assassin, the altars [Mind Control slaves, commonly
called 'Deltas'] were desensitized towards pain and death by being shown
gory films ... Hypnosis was also used. The potential victims were devalued
... Satanic rituals were also involved in the creation of the Deltas. Deltas
will be trained in hand to hand combat, and know the very vulnerable places
to instantly kill people ... Training included a great deal of expert weapon's
training."
"When the programmer wants to use these Delta alters, he will call them
up from their 'genii bottle' or wherever the signal is hidden deep within
the mind. The Delta will be commanded to 'melt'. When they have melted into
the nothing state, then the programmer gives an exact script of everything

For instance, the programmer might say, 'At a certain place you will be in
the melted state until you hear the words, 'I'm going to Kansas City, where
are you from Miss Ruby Shoes?' At that point, you will do 'Part B' of the

Whether or not these two men are the snipers, they certainly are MK Ultra
Mind Control Delta Altars. This programming code demonstrates that. For the
sake of argument, let us assume these two men were the snipers. They would
have been started as "Assassin Deltas" many years ago. Using sophisticated
mind control and torture techniques, these men would have been trained to
be a "person within a person". They would have been trained to do whatever
their handlers and their upper level programmers wanted them to do.
A new "script" is deliberately created for each new assassination plan
the Illuminati wants carried out. This scripting will not only tell the Delta
Altar everything they must do, but will also allow the programmer to insert
new details as the circumstances warrant. For example, in this sniper shooting
spree, the sniper had to double back at Fredericksburg and to Aspen Hill
to shoot and kill someone else because their first shot at that location
did not result in a kill. When a person was not killed initially at these
two geographical locations, the programmer had to insert new details in the
minds of the Delta Altars so they would go back to these two locations to
get a kill.
Scripting is "buried in fairy tales" or legends. Deltas are programmed
to see themselves in fairy tales or legends. They are programmed not to see
their handler's face. The handlers pretend they are fairy tale characters
or aliens ... Drugs and videos are frequently used to get the person to adopt
the script they are to accept internally. However, harmonies and electronics
are increasingly being used. Ritual and magical ceremonies may or may not

Some of the fairy tales or legends that have been known to be used by
the Illuminati mind programmer that will enable the Delta Altar to carry
out a specific assignment are:

However, the programmer can use any fairy tale or legend in which to construct
his detailed script. In this instance, the Delta Altars were given the
instruction that, when they heard the words, "We have caught the sniper like
a duck in a noose", they were to go into their "melted" mind state, go to
sleep at a prearranged place, thus allowing themselves to be "caught" by
a police that had been told exactly who they were, what car they were driving,
and where they could be found, asleep!
When the #13 Death Tarot Card was found, the note on it even shouted
Illuminati Mind Control. The note stated, "I am God". Listen:
"The Programmers and the Handlers are setting themselves up as gods, or
Almighty God, or as a being from a superior race of aliens ..." [Ibid.]
We are hopefully at the end of a very sorry string of 10 murders in 13
shots. The number, 13, is very, very important to the Illuminati, and is
a symbols of the coming Antichrist. These Delta MK Ultra mind control slaves
have carried out their assignments well. They created a most evil ritual
symbol, the pentagram, on the ground; further, they nailed each point of
the Pentagram with a human sacrifice. The stage is now set for a most powerful
satanic ceremony to be carried out, for a specific purpose known only to
the Illuminati.
However, as we stated earlier, these killings did not occur in a vacuum;
they occurred against a backdrop of a coming war with Iraq, plus a steady
propaganda drumbeat of worldwide Al Qaeda terrorism. These sniper attacks
may very well be spun into an Al Qaeda terrorist attack, thus allowing more
extreme dictatorial type measures to be imposed, like our military patrolling
our streets in full battle gear and heavily armed, pointing loaded military
rifles at people.
This specific phrase that put these two Delta Altars into a sleep and
submission mode may trigger other MK Ultras across America to action! We
may very well see other sniper type attacks in other cities, as other altars
are aroused into action.
What kind of Satanic ceremony is the Illuminati going to create within
their pentagram whose points have been nailed down by human sacrifice? We
can only shudder as we even think of such a terrible ceremony as would require
these preparatory human sacrifices. We are reminded of New World Order author,
Bill Cooper, as he warned:
"Can you imagine what will happen if Los Angeles is hit with a 9.0 quake,
New York City is destroyed by a terrorist-planted atomic bomb, World War
III breaks out in the Middle East, the bank and the stock markets collapse,
Extra terrestrials land on the White House lawn, food disappears from the
markets, some people disappear, the Messiah presents himself to the world,
and all in a very short period of time?" ["Behold A Pale Horse", p. 177]

Or, this coming Illuminist ceremony within this pentagram could be
for the purpose of setting all occult powers straight and in their most powerful
sequence prior to the attack on Iraq; after all, this Iraq attack is designed
as the trigger that will start the planned World War III so Antichrist can
arise. Since this is the goal that the Illuminati has been working toward
since 1776, it makes sense that, just before you launch into the final stages
of that plan, a great Black Magic ceremony might be called for.
CONCLUSION
As we stated at the top of this article, the Illuminati has shown their
hand for anyone willing to listen. When the Police Chief clumsily told the
world that he needed to state this specific phrase from this Cherokee legend
for the snipers, he revealed that standard, powerful Illuminati Mind Control
was at work. Once and for all, this should convince all thinking Americans
that this sniper spree was the work of the Illuminati for the purpose of
creating a powerful Satanic
ritualistic pentagram on the ground in preparation for a powerful

ILLUMINATI MIND CONTROL INFORMATION
Since we have written this original article, more
information has become available that points even more strongly to the Illuminati
Mind Control being used to firmly control the supposed sniper and his 17-year-old
accomplice. Our belief is that, while these men are not the actual snipers,
they are Illuminati Mind Control slaves that are being used now as "front
men" that were supposed to be caught so the real shooter(s) can get away.
Be alert as you listen to news reports and read stories about these men,
and you will discover little details that do not seem to fit; normally, a
person would just dismiss these little details and forget the anomaly, but
if you realize the reality of why these guys were caught and charged, you
will pay much more attention to these anomalies.
Let us examine some of the details that seem to indicate
these men might have been in position to be so controlled by the U.S. Government
that they might be under Illuminati Mind Control. As we have indicated in
the original part of this article, the Mind Control Trigger phrase, "We have
caught the sniper like a duck in a noose" is typical of Illuminati Mind Control.
Now, let us look at some other facts about these men.
NEWS BRIEF: "Suspect was an Army marksman", By H.J.
Brier and Hugh Aynesworth, The Washington Times, October 25, 2002.
"Investigators probing the lives of the two men arrested
in connection with the sniper attacks say one was recognized by the Army
for his marksmanship and might have been motivated by anti-American sentiment.
John Allen Muhammad, 41, is a former soldier and Gulf war veteran who was
stationed at Fort Lewis, south of Tacoma, Washington."
When I heard that Muhammad was stationed in Fort
Lewis, Washington, that information ran a bell. Former Illuminati Satanist,
Wheeler, states in her book, "The Illuminati
Formula To Create An Indestructible Mind Control Slave", that
the Illuminati maintains a strong section at Ft. Lewis dedicated to the "Psychic
warfare part of the Monarch Programming."
Thus, while Muhammad was reportedly just an average
marksman, he was stationed at the very Army base where Monarch Mind Control
is interesting, but not conclusive by any means..
NEWS BRIEF: "Sniper Suspects' Lives Offer Few Clues",
MSNBC.com, October 25, 2002.
Then, we learned that Muhammad used some of the
Illuminist Mind Control tactics on the 17-year-old accomplice, Malvo. Listen
as we quote again from this MSNBC article: "According to WAFB, the family
alleged that Muhammad had 'brainwashed' Malvo, forcing him to eat a strict
diet of only crackers and honey."
Deprivation of food and sleep is one of the primary
methods by which the Illuminati brainwashes someone. Here, we learn that
Muhammad used some of the basic, common Mind Control methods on Malvo; how
could he learn of such techniques unless they were used on him?
Now, we need to go back to the original article quoted
above. Chief of Police Moose delivered an undeniable coded message to Muhammad
and Malvo, using the Mass Media as it method of delivery. It is very common
for Mind Control salves to be programmed to listen to the Nightly News on
a particular station to await the specific cryptic message with which their
minds have been programmed. Upon hearing this message, the Mind Control slave
will perform the specific deed they have been programmed to do; but, this
deed may have a "time delay" mechanism, where they will not perform the deed
for the specified number of days or hours after hearing the trigger phrase.
Thus, any number of Mind Control slaves could be triggered into action by
a phrase, but they would carry out the deed on separate days and in separate
locations. As Wheeler warned, the trigger phrase, "sniper caught like a duck
in a noose" might trigger Muhammad and Malvo to drive their car to a prearranged
spot to go to sleep, awaiting capture; but, the same trigger could cause
untold numbers of Mind Controlled people to go into action, according to
the timing and the plan that has been implanted within their
minds.
Listen as Wheeler describes how the Mass Media delivers
the coded messages for the CIA:
"Establishment newspapers like the
Wall Street Journal and the New
York Times are used to communicate secret messages which are placed within
want ads, buzz words in editorials, and via other methods. I have given some
possible examples of how people might be using the papers for secret messages
... Michael Jackson, making a type of sign with his hands, is an example
of one type of secret communication. A raised forefinger or two raised
forefingers while a speaker is talking means that the message is a masonic
message coming from a Masonic speaker. The Illuminati uses code words within
large establishment newspapers to warn their people ... Manfried Adler and
the U.S. Senate Committee investigating the CIA found that 90% of the CIA's
secret messages are transmitted via the media with the aid of coded texts

It became so obvious that the sniper was receiving
messages through the Mass Media that articles began appearing asking "Are
The Police Communicating With The Sniper Through The Media?" Of course, they
were, because that is standard CIA - Illuminati methodology.
In the original article, we noted Wheeler's warning
that this "duck in a noose" phrase likely would stimulate Mind Control sleeper
agents into action across this nation. These sleeper agents would be programmed
to spring into murderous action at differing times and places, going on murderous
rampages that seemingly have no connection. The public would be terrified,
not only by the murderous sprees, but by their seeming random nature and
a lack of links between the perpetrators. The shooters in these murderous
sprees would be most likely programmed to turn the gun on themselves after
the spree is over. Not only does Wheeler make this point, but New Age author,
Bill Cooper, in his book, "Behold A
Pale Horse". One of the common trademarks of a random shooter
programmed by the Illuminati is that he takes his own life after the ordeal
is completed. With these thoughts in mind, let us examine recent gruesome
shooting sprees that have occurred since October 23, the day Police Chief
Moose spoke the "duck in a noose" code word.
NEWS BRIEF: "2 dead in Oklahoma shooting spree",
CNN.com, Sunday, October 27, 2002.
"SALLISAW, Oklahoma (CNN) -- At least two people
are dead and as many as six others injured -- including a 2-year-old girl
-- after an 18-year-old man went on a shooting rampage in eastern Oklahoma
after arguing with his neighbors Saturday, authorities said. Kym Koch, a
spokeswoman for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said the shooting
started in Sallisaw around 4:30 p.m. (5:30 p.m. EDT) when the high school
student shot and killed a female neighbor, wounded that neighbor's husband
and wounded another neighbor ... The suspect then went to a car dealership
in Sallisaw and shot a salesman and a customer. One of those victims died,
Koch said. Then, traveling east on Route 64, the gunman shot randomly at
cars and hit two people shopping at a roadside stand, injuring both of
them."
"Another few miles eastward, near Roland, Oklahoma,
the gunman wrecked his car at a police roadblock and was taken into custody."
[NOTE: the date of this attack was Saturday, 10/26. The shooter crashed his
vehicle and was taken into custody. He did not kill himself, although the
car wreck might have prevented him from turning the gun on
himself].
NEWS BRIEF: "Four Killed at University. of Arizona
Nursing School", Fox News,com, October 28, 2002.
"TUCSON, Ariz. — A flunking student
opened fire in a classroom at the University of Arizona's School of Nursing
on Monday, killing three people, including two female professors. Then the
gunman turned the gun on himself and committed suicide." [NOTE: Date of Attack,
10/28/02]
We predicted, in the original article, above, that
this nation might see a rash of murderous shootings following the "duck in
a noose" trigger phrase. If America is suddenly inundated with shootings
like these two above, Gun Control would certainly rise to the top of the
heap in national priorities, and a drive toward martial law might
begin.

As we stated at the top of this article, the Illuminati
