ha! its a shame that rotspot no longer makes posts about tila, but i understand, there is only so much attention you can give to an attention whore...(listen to me. hey, ok? im not perfect!!!!) anyways, tila denied any indications that she was making a sextape for vivid a while back, a lesbian sleepover sextape!!! we all like those right? HA!!! she then claimed that her laptop was stolen....ok so, now, on tmz....they say her video has been released on a free porn site...but oh yeah, tila....tsk tsk. some role model. the girl will do anything for fame. i mean, i am sympathetic towards anyone who just does not no any better, but when you go around being some sort of fame/attention whore...and lying, flaunting it (charlie sheens new porn star)....sigh! whatever!!!
here is the link anyways
http://www.tmz.com/2011/01/31/tila-tequila-sex-tape-leaks-porn-vivid-entertainment-pornhub-internet/#comments-anchor
oh god i got to go check out pornhub now...im only fooling, nah i aint....i aint posting that here tho!
oh my god i found it! ILL! i aint putting a link up to porn here tho....but you know, she lies to her poor "army" they all believe her, everything she lies about, now this??? clearly she SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH VIVID, got a big paycheck...
hippocrate!
uhhh why isnt rotspot covering this? she is trying to hide her plastic surgery scars, AND SHE IS DOING THE DEVIL HORNS!! oh my goodness GIRL!
it does look like it could of been a private tape tho, but there is proof that it is not...
oh well, back to reality, i have to study for my quiz tomorrow...oh and i got a drs note so that i can retake the one i missed today. i am serious about doing good in school. i hate not going but i honestly did not feel well!
i know its very shallow of me and it shows that i am just like everyone else, huh?
the truth is.......we all make mistakes. even if someone sells their soul to the devil, they can still be saved. they are not doomed!

The End Times
I really feel sick this SUCKS! so, i was talking about the end times with my dad. according to christian belief, there will be a rapture, but it sounds unbelievable to think, all of these christians will be taken up to heaven, and just disappear after that. but they will. the pastor at my church said that the anti-christ will be equal rights, opportunities, he will be gay. im sure the satanic bloodline is already grooming this 'anti-christ.' after millions of christians disappear from the rapture, they will tell you aliens took them away on a spaceship. 2012 is when they will fake out scare everybody, into some sort of alien take-over....makes you wonder. the people who are left over will have to get the 'mark of the beast', so to speak, in order to survive. new world order? what about israel now? enemies surrounding them, this has been in the bible. the end times are here, folks. the anti-christ is being groomed, but these satanic bloodlines have also been MK'ing and torturing these people. it is not fair to think that they will go to hell when they have been MK'd all their lives. that is why i wonder about alot of things....
im reading the comments of vigilant citizens site regarding katy perry and her telling song, but it seems these people do not realize that she is a victim of MK, also, she did not write those lyrics!!! that is what i am saying, if someone is BORN into this, and abused as a child, how can they be wrong? it is just not fair!!!
here is the lyrics to her song btw:
I can feel a phoenix inside of me
As I march alone to a different beat
Slowly swallowing down my fear, yeah yeah
I am ready for the road less travelled
Suiting up for my crowning battle
This test is my own cross too bare
But I will get there
It’s never easy to be chosen, never easy to be called
Standing on the frontline when the bomb starts to fall
I can see the heavens but I still hear the flames
Calling out my name
I can see the writing on the wall
I can’t ignore this war
At the eh-end of it all
Who am I living for?
I can feel this lightness inside of me
Growing fast into a bolt of lightning
I know one spark will shock the world, yeah yeah
So I pray for a favour like Esther
I need your strength to handle the pressure
I know there will be sacrifice
But that’s the price
It’s never easy to be chosen, never easy to be called
Standing on the frontline when the bomb starts to fall
I can see the heavens but I still hear the flames
Calling out my name

I'm sick
BOOOO i am sick! now, the dilemma is, (and at this point i already made my choice)
ok so...first of all, i know i have a fever. i know how a fever feels, and i feel that way! also i cough so much, it hurts everytime i cough....sometimes i think i am going to throw up from coughing. my joints are sore....i just feel awful....plus, i don't get any rest anymore. i never have a day off, school/work, school/work, school/work, school/off, school/off, 4am work, 4am work, school/work...it is continuous. i like my job because a. it is easy, but extremely boring! b. i get tips from the tip jar, all mine i don't have to split. sometimes i get 10.00! ha! i mean, i like putting change and dollars in my pretzel jar. hey, it adds up!
anyways, i went to bed around 1020 pm last night, and i woke up at 6...but when i woke up and walked to the bathroom, i felt very dizzy and feverish, and i knew i shouldn't go to school. plus, i really am sick, and i have a terrible cough, so i am not going to spread germs in class, i just do not think that is fair.
so i emailed mrs. ward and told her i will not be coming in to class. i went back to bed but woke up at 9:45am, checked my email. she emailed me back but said in order for me to retake the quiz, i need a doctors excuse. well, i called my mom and she made an appt for me. the thing is, i have work too...
ugh! also, i need antibiotics for my tooth, my absessed wisdom tooth. it doesnt hurt now, but pain comes and goes, and when it comes, man, does that smart! (HAHA!)
no really tho, it hurts as heck! i need this shit pulled bro! my dad found a medicaid dentist, so soon i will need to make an appointment to get it pulled.
see, what is more important? getting another 100 on my quiz, or getting a zero but going to work? i hate taking off work too, but frankly, i mean, i dont know, i can't do 4 am every saturday and sunday i just cant. oh, i do have a photoshoot this thursday tho. 200.00! plus, i have my own ideas. you see, i really like catching a glimpse into someones life, someones house, apartment, whatever. so i am going to have some photos of me in my apartment, but i am going to dress up how i want too, and wear makeup finally! i should dye my hair before this shoot tho, i am sick of this hay hair! i can post up photos too!
hmm......what else??? oh, yeah, i called off work because my appointment is at 2 something or other....at coventry in phillipsburg. whoa that theraflu tasted like cough syrup tea....pomegranate flavor!
thats all then, for now!

The Game
am i part of it? i believe so. i believe these weird THINGS are happening to cause me to want to get away from here, this stupid fake place. bethlehem pa is weird. i feel lost here. even tho i am closer to my parents home, i still find it very odd here. now, p'burg and easton, those are my towns. they feel familiar, homey, if you will....homey...
((((
i am getting INITITATED! yes. THEY want me BACK! but am i writing an open letter to THE OTHERS, like tila tequila did? NOPE! i aint! i am not selling my SOUL to the DEVIL! NO FREAKING WAY!!!!
watch this scene from the movie, the game..(someone told me to watch this movie, someone who told me adult swim wanted to initiate him....yeah! he also said someone at his work, he works on movies, 2nd AD or whatever he does, PA work, which he got me a job...oh my gosh, he also told me to watch eyes wide shut, and one day while walking down hollywood blvd, this black guy on a bike said, EYES WIDE SHUT in his cell phone as i walked by. we had trouble renting that movie too....)
oh yeah, the only job i can find is one weird job where its so fake, people dont want me to write about them! much like, you know, that guy who wrote weird ramblings on his facebook page, and later got arrested because he threatened LEHIGH VALLEY AIRPORT! where i work! so, that must mean, this here blog here, is being READ!!!????
well, uh so annoying. you know, at work, right, while closing, we need to do a few tasks. amongst them are simple tasks such as restocking the fridge with pepsi, diet pepsi, iced tea, water, etc. also, we need to wipe down the pretzel bin free of salt. we must also take out any trash or garbage. last, but not least, we must sweep and mop the floor. guess (oh my gosh that was weird! i have on bravo, and all of a sudden, there was a screen of reptilian george bush and bill clinton, sitting somewhere, looking, almost as if LOOKING THROUGH THE TV!?! WHUT THE HACK!????!!)
wow! well like i was saying....barb does not even bother to clean up before she closes, and the other day, she had me take out my trash. when i got out at 12 pm, the garbage was not full at all, and she told me to take out my trash. uh, every morning after she closes, the trash is dirty and the floors are not mopped! golly!
at least everyone else is nice to me, eh? almost, too saccharine, if you ask me, and you did, didn't you?
and why, the only job i can get, do i have to work EVERY SINGLE weekend from 4 am -12pm...i mean, based on something that happened today, all i really feel like doing is going out, and relaxing. i want to just feel relaxed and chill.
ok, so on the gangstalking initiation thing, well, when someone is being gangstalked, little things happen to mess with someones head..well, i havent mentioned this yet but i will, when i was getting insurance for my car, we went to the insurance office. there was a single black glove on the chair there. my dad asked me if that was my glove. i said no, because it wasnt. well, later that day, (or the next day i forget), there was.....a single black glove, on the front door before you enter the apartment. mike asked me, is this your glove...
things like that are signs someone is fucking with you. even just now, mike mentioned to me, "what if, say, i moved something, ok? what if your cellphone was sitting HERE and you come back and your cellphone is now sitting THERE ((on the other side of the table)), you will still make something of that.."
in which i replied, "THAT is something they do when GANGSTALKING! they move around items in your house to make you think that you are going crazy."
not to mention that mikes friend is a freemason, the one who helped us find this apartment...he has the freemason stickers on his door...*just on tv now it says, "its easy to feel a little paranoid.* true tv MOST SHOCKING 6:25 PM
((I WAS GOING TO FIND A QUOTE BUT I GOT TOO LAZY TOO, JUST READ MY ARTICLE HERE I WILL INCLUDE A LINK, ON GANGSTALKING))

THAT ESURANCE COMMERCIAL CAME ON, AND THAT LADY....THAT LADY, THE BAKED SALAD JENNIFER ANISTAN WANNABE LADY...WAS ON IT.!? SO WEIRD!!!

well, either way, i know they want me back in california, and on that note, this is addressed to the others...
no i am not interested in selling my soul to satan! i do not care if it will make me famous, rich, wonderful!! i do not care. yes i am afraid to die but i will stay strong for GOD!!!
as for the gangstalking goes, i say, WHUTEVER cuz you know, im layed back like that. also, to those who think im some sort of looney tune, hey, im entertaining myself, and also, I HAVE AN IMAGINATION! WHICH IS WHY I INTEND TO WRITE WRITE WRITE!!!

Astral Story
I have this really interesting story that i am going to start working on. first off, gosh, i have been so busy. i never have time to myself....i'm not complaining, but i do feel quite sad. i don't know....i feel as if i have nothing to look forward to anymore, i feel as if my life is over and no longer matters. i feel as if people talk about me behind my back, or perhaps they just think the worst of me, or nothing at all. i mean, i have no one really.
thus, i would like to start astral projecting. i read a book on it, and it seems very appealing to me. i have left my body before but i never knew how to control it. however, there is a dark side to astrally projecting.
when you astral project, you formulate a vehicle which mimics a human form. you then send your soul, mind, to this vehicle, and you stay connected through a blue sort of cord. i mentioned donny darko (in my mind), because that is sort of how it is like, that cord. you must focus on your chakras, and concentrate on a light emerging down through your head to your feet.
then, once you establish your "person" i forget what the name is...its like a watcher, anyways, you can send them out while you go about your business and then call for it and it will show you the impressions they recieved while out on their journey, you can then graduate to actually travelling astrally, but to anywhere you want to be. you can go to the pyramids or egypt, you can go to the rainforest, las vegas, you can visit people you know, (who might get spooked if they see you)...
you can also encounter other creatures, humanoids....they like to mimic humans, but that they are not. one must be wary and take caution to these otherworldly creatures, sprites...whatever you want to call them. they are sneaky and not to be trusted.
my story will be that of a boy in school. he really has an awful life and hates it so, therefore he starts astrally projecting. he meets an interesting, young, playful, little sprite in the astral world in whom he befriends. slowly, yet surely, the boy becomes more and more depressed in the real world, and this little spritely creature starts to put the idea in his head to kill himself. one day, the sprite tells him of a ritual the boy can do in which he will forever be gone from earthly reality, and he will remain in the astral world (beautiful as it may be, it is also wrong, so very very wrong. yes there is a real Heavon, but this one is full of illusions and trickery)...well, the boy does this ritual, and thinking he did the right thing, the spritely creature takes over the boys human form, and he becomes a human while the boy is stuck in this world.
now, the boy must find out a way to get his real body back or he will never leave this land of illusions...
cool huh? oh, this is all copyrighted too, so do not steal the idea! unless of course you make a movie or something of it, then i can sue, and then....and then...and THEN....AND THENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!! i can get me some money!!!! YAHOOOO!!OOOOOooooo!

Illuminati Rihanna
This is from her new photoshoot, for her new video and such...look in the background, it says, "Rihanna the goat," and "ILLUMINATI"

speaking of "rihanna the goat", the whole chris brown thing was a cover-up. she was really involved in some sort of satanic ritual, note the horn like bruises on her forehead:

heres an accompanying article on it

well, it was pretty bad last night with the snow...i didn't think i was going to go to school this morning. well this morning i got a call about having a two hour delay, but i did not take heed to it. mike didn't want to shovel so i had no other choice but not go to school right? well around quarter to 9 he woke up and shoveled, so i decided to get up, then i was like, i should go to school. well mike let me use his car so i decided to go, i left at 9:30, thinking i'd be there at 10...nope. i got lost. i missed the 309 exit, (stupid weird pennsylvania)plus the gas was low, i had to stop to get gas and his gas cap is not connected, so i forgot it on the top of the car...ugh! i was having trouble finding lincoln tech, but finally i found it, at 11am, so i parked and went in. i am glad i did tho, i got 100 on my quiz and i was able to take some notes. anyways, this is pretty weird. while driving to school, i listened to "Mrs. Robinson", in the car when it came on the radio. well, since alot of people were not in class today, the teacher showed up some photos etc and shared some links, such as this:
and this....(this is the weird part)
i was like, "i just listened to that song in the car!"
haha! chuckle of the day!!!!

L.
Atropa belladonna or Atropa bella-donna, commonly known as belladonna or deadly nightshade, is a perennial herbaceous plant in the family Solanaceae, native to Europe, North Africa, and Western Asia. The foliage and berries are extremely toxic, containing tropane alkaloids. These toxins include scopolamine and hyoscyamine which cause a bizarre delirium and hallucinations,[1] and are also used as pharmaceutical anticholinergics. The drug atropine is derived from the plant.
It has a long history of use as a medicine, cosmetic, and poison. Before the Middle Ages, it was used as an anesthetic for surgery, the ancient Romans used it as a poison (the wife of Emperor Augustus and the wife of Claudius both used it to murder contemporaries) and predating this it was used to make poison tipped arrows. The genus name "atropa" comes from Atropos, one of the three Fates in Greek mythology, and the name "bella donna" is derived from Italian and means "beautiful woman".

[edit] Description
Atropa belladonna
Atropa belladonna is a branching herbaceous perennial, often growing as a subshrub, from a fleshy rootstock. Plants grow to 1.5 metres (4.9 ft) tall with 18 centimetres (7.1 in) long ovate leaves. The bell-shaped flowers are tyrian purple with green tinges and faintly scented. The fruits are berries, which are green ripening to a shiny black, and approximately 1 centimetre (0.39 in) in diameter. The berries are sweet and are consumed by animals that disperse the seeds in their droppings, even though the seeds contain toxic alkaloids.[2] There is a pale yellow flowering form called Atropa belladonna var. lutea with pale yellow fruit.
Atropa belladona is rarely used in gardens, but when grown it is usually for its large upright habit and showy berries.[3] It is naturalized in parts of North America, where it is often found in shady, moist locations with limestone-rich soils. It is considered a weed species in parts of the world,[4] where it colonizes areas with disturbed soils.[5] Germination of the small seeds is often difficult, due to hard seed coats that cause seed dormancy. Germination takes several weeks under alternating temperature conditions but can be sped up with the use of gibberellic acid.[6] The seedlings need sterile soil to prevent damping off and resent root disturbance during transplanting.
[edit] Naming and taxonomy
The first botanical description was by Linnaeus in Species Plantarum in 1753.[7] It is in the nightshade family (Solanaceae), which it shares with potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, jimsonweed, tobacco, wolfberry, and chili peppers. The common names for this species include belladonna, deadly nightshade, divale, dwale,[8] banewort, devil's cherries, naughty man's cherries, black cherry, devil's herb, great morel, and dwayberry.[9]
The name Atropa is thought to be derived from that of the Greek goddess Atropos, one of the three Greek fates or destinies who would determine the course of a man's life by the weaving of threads that symbolized their birth, the events in their life and finally their death; with Atropos cutting these threads to mark the latter.[10][11] The name "belladonna" comes from the Italian language, meaning "beautiful lady";[8] originating either from its usage as cosmetic for the face, or, more probably, from its usage to increase the pupil size in ladies.[10][11]
[edit] Toxicity
Flowers of belladonna
Belladonna is one of the most toxic plants found in the Western hemisphere. All parts of the plant contain tropane alkaloids.[12] The berries pose the greatest danger to children because they look attractive and have a somewhat sweet taste.[9] The consumption of two to five berries by children and ten to twenty berries by adults can be lethal. The root of the plant is generally the most toxic part, though this can vary from one specimen to another. Ingestion of a single leaf of the plant can be fatal to an adult.[12]
The active agents in Belladonna, atropine, hyoscine (scopolamine), and hyoscyamine, have anticholinergic properties.[13][14] The symptoms of belladonna poisoning include dilated pupils, sensitivity to light, blurred vision, tachycardia, loss of balance, staggering, headache, rash, flushing, dry mouth and throat, slurred speech, urinary retention, constipation, confusion, hallucinations, delirium, and convulsions.[13][15][16] In 2009, atropa belladonna that was mistaken for blueberries with six berries ingested by an adult woman was documented to result in severe anticholinergic syndrome.[17] The plant's deadly symptoms are caused by atropine's disruption of the parasympathetic nervous system's ability to regulate involuntary activities such as sweating, breathing, and heart rate. The antidote for belladonna poisoning is physostigmine or pilocarpine, the same as for atropine.[18]
Atropa belladonna is also toxic to many domestic animals, causing narcosis and paralysis.[19] However, cattle and rabbits eat the plant seemingly without suffering harmful effects.[16] In humans its anticholinergic properties will cause the disruption of cognitive capacities like memory and learning.[14]
[edit] Uses
[edit] Cosmetics
The common name belladonna originates from its historic use by women - Bella Donna is Italian for beautiful lady. Drops prepared from the belladonna plant were used to dilate women's pupils, an effect considered attractive.[20][21] Belladonna drops act as an antimuscarinic, blocking receptors in the muscles of the eye that constrict pupil size.[22] Belladonna is currently rarely used cosmetically, as it carries the adverse effects of causing minor visual distortions, inability to focus on near objects, and increased heart rate. Prolonged usage was reputed to cause blindness.[23]
[edit] Medicine
Belladonna tinctures, decoctions, and powders as well as alkaloid salt mixtures are produced for pharmaceutical use and these are often standardised at 1037 parts hyoscyamine to 194 parts atropine and 65 parts scopolamine. The alkaloids are compounded with phenobarbital and/or kaolin and pectin for use in various functional gastrointestinal disorders. The tincture, used for identical purposes, remains in most pharmacopoeias, with a similar tincture of Datura stramonium having been in the US Pharmacopoeia at least until the late 1930s. The combination of belladonna and opium, in powder, tincture, or alkaloid form, is particularly useful by mouth or as a suppository for diarrhoea and some forms of visceral pain and can be made by a compounding pharmacist and may be available as a manufactured fixed combination product in some countries (see, e.g., B&O Supprettes). A banana-flavoured liquid (most common trade name: Donnagel PG) was available until 31 December 1992 in the United States.
Scopolamine is used as the hydrobromide salt for GI complaints, motion sickness, and to potentiate the analgesic and anxiolytic effects of opioid analgesics.
Atropine is used as the sulphate as a mydriatic and cycloplegic for eye examinations. It is also used as an antidote to organophosphate and carbamate poisoning and is loaded in an autoinjector for use in case of a nerve gas attack. Atropinisation (administration of a sufficient dose to block nerve gas effects) results in 100 per cent blockade of the muscarinic acetylcholine receptors and atropine sulphate is the benchmark for measuring the power of anticholinergic drugs.
Hyoscyamine is used as the sulphate or hydrobromide for GI problems and Parkinson's Disease. Its side effect profile is intermediate betwixt that of atropine and scopolamine, and can also be used to combat the toxic effects of organophosphates.
There is currently insufficient scientific evidence to recommend the use of A. belladonna in its natural form for any condition,[13] although some of its components, in particular l-atropine which was purified from belladona in the 1830s, have accepted medical uses.[16] Donnatal is a prescription pharmaceutical, approved in the United States by the FDA, that combines natural belladonna alkaloids in a specific, fixed ratio with phenobarbital to provide peripheral anticholinergic/antispasmodic action and mild sedation. According to its labeling, it is possibly effective for use as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (irritable colon, spastic colon, mucous colitis) and acute enterocolitis.[24]
[edit] Traditional and alternative medicine
Berries of belladonna
A. belladonna has been used in traditional treatments for centuries for an assortment of conditions including headache, menstrual symptoms, peptic ulcer disease, histaminic reaction, inflammation, and motion sickness,[13] with at least one 19th century eclectic medicine journal explaining how to prepare a Belladona tincture for direct administration to patients.[25]
Homeopathic belladonna preparations have been sold as treatments for various conditions, although there is no scientific evidence to support their efficacy.[26][27] Clinically and in research trials, the most common preparation is diluted to the 30C level in homeopathic notation. This level of dilution does not contain any of the original plant,[27] although preparations with lesser dilutions which statistically contain trace amounts of the plant are advertised for sale.[28]
[edit] Recreational drug
Atropa belladonna, along with related plants such as jimson weed (Datura stramonium), have occasionally been used as a recreational drug because of the vivid hallucinations and delirium that it produces. These hallucinations are most commonly described as very unpleasant, however, and recreational use is considered extremely dangerous because of the high risk of unintentional fatal overdose.[29][30][31] In addition, the central nervous system effects of atropine include memory disruption, which may lead to severe confusion.[32]
[edit] Poison
The tropane alkaloids of A. belladonna were used as poisons and early humans made poisonous arrows from the plant.[33] In Ancient Rome it was used as a poison by Agrippina the Younger, wife of Emperor Claudius, and Livia, who is rumored to have used it to kill her husband Emperor Augustus.[33][34]
Macbeth of Scotland, when he was still one of the lieutenants of King Duncan I of Scotland, used it during a truce to poison the troops of the invading Harold Harefoot, King of England, to the point that the English troops were unable to stand their ground and had to retreat to their ships.[11]
[edit] Folklore
Leaves of belladonna
In the past, it was believed that witches used a mixture of belladonna, opium poppy, and other plants, typically poisonous (such as monkshood and poison hemlock) in flying ointment they applied to help them fly to gatherings with other witches. Carlo Ginzburg and others have argued that flying ointments were preparations meant to encourage hallucinatory dreaming; a possible explanation for the inclusion of belladonna and opium poppy in flying ointments concerns the known antagonism between tropane alkaloids of belladonna (specifically scopolamine) and opiate alkaloids in the opium poppy, Papaver somniferum (specifically morphine), which produces a dream-like waking state. This antagonism was known in folk medicine, discussed in eclectic (botanical) medicine formularies,[35] and posited as the explanation of how flying ointments might have actually worked in contemporary writing on witchcraft.[36] The antagonism between opiates and tropanes is the original basis of the Twilight Sleep that was provided to Queen Victoria to deaden pain as well as consciousness during childbirth, and which was later modified so that isolated alkaloids were used instead of plant materials. The belladonna herb was also notable for its unpredictable effects from toxicity

GEEZ!!!! so anyways, song of the day!
sucks i cant hear it, cuz this computer is BEAT! i cant get the internet in normal mode...it was working for a bit but now it isnt anymore. sucks cuz i want to listen to music...we are going to have a few drinks and i will want to listen to song...

Thoughts
I am starting to get burnt out....geez! I wake up early every day....EVERY DAY!!! I have school and work, school and work, and on the weekends, I have to be at work at 4am! That is crazy. To be honest, I'm not sure how much longer I can last at this rate. I do like to relax sometimes and enjoy myself and not have to worry about going to bed early on a Friday or Saturday night, you know? GEEZ!!!!
I was reading Rachel Ray and Womens world, and there are tons of great recipes i want to try out. I'm upset with myself. I really truly want to start eating healthily, so today i brought a baggie with some dry bran cereal, also some canyon mix, and a granola bar and a bottled water. I had that during my school. Chris handed out some mini twix, so I had two mini twix bars too. Those snacks staved off my hunger, but when I got home, I also had a lean cuisine lobster ravioli...I got to work and I was still hungry, and I was really pondering what I should have...I was just thinking about grabbing a bag of chips, but I didn't...instead i have a fruit parfait...
well, an hour later i was still hungry...i want to start taking slim shots. you know, it really sucks working around dinnertime, which for me is 5:30, because I get hungry, then i have to resort to eating the crappy food at work.
i am so mad at myself. i had a bag of doritos....then, i wanted dinner, but i like cooking at home. i had half a chicken salad sandwich. i know this is boring to read.....oh well! my life is boring now....it aint interesting, but at least i am working and going to school!
oh, i had pork chops, scalloped potatoes, spinach, and applesauce. not the best meal, but it was quick and easy....
anyways, i am very tired! watching the state of the union, and mike got mad cuz he hears my typing...

Ponderings
So, I have been doing well in school. I'm getting good enough grades, but I still have a few more months to go, plus my externship. The other day, someone asked me if pharm tech is my passion, in which I truthfully stated, "No."...
No, it is not my passion. Yes sure, I want a good job, you know? I want a well-paying M-F, 9-5 job, (which is why i probably will not opt to work at a hospital, that, and the gang-stalking aspect of it...uh, no thank you. I get enough at that at work now. yes, i do get weird vibes at the airport, but whatever...maybe i am just paranoid., i mean, how do people know i am going to school? they ask me if i am in school, but as if they already KNEW that...which is why i texted moss, after he msg'd me about moving back to LA...i texted him, if you tell me the truth and you knew about me before i met you, then i will be more apt to move back..." he replied, "call me when you can and we can talk about it."
he says no he wasn't set up, but i don't believe it...i know he was.
i am caught now, i do love mike. i do care about him and we live together. we have a cat, marble, and also, did i mention, we live together...
moss tells me to follow my dreams, etc...yes, ok, yes i would like to have a good job, i am creative...i have always been artistic, i have ALOT of ideas, interesting ones i want to write about in which i know will be good MOVIES!!!
LOTS!!! LOTS AND LOTS!!! i just need to focus! i need to sit down at a desk, i need to let my imagination and creativity pour from my mind...
THAT is my passion!!!!
anyways, aww, i ordered pink christmas lights, and it looks good around my bookshelf! i need to order more books for my bookshelf. at work today i almost got done reading this book i found, CROSS...its pretty good, however, what is really irking me is WHEN DID THEY HAVE LITTLE ALEX, or 'ali', which sounds like a girls name. the wife was shot and killed, but it made it seem like she was pregnant when she got shot. they had two kids, but all of a sudden, years later, "little alex" was around. in the book, it NEVER MENTIONED when he was born!!! what the heck! sloppy if you ask me. but i want to read the rest! i hope its still there when i go to work tomorrow....

moss tells me to follow my dreams, etc...yes, ok, yes i would like to have a good job, i am creative...i have always been artistic, i have ALOT of ideas, interesting ones i want to write about in which i know will be good MOVIES!!!
Girls of Ebay
no, they are not selling their virginity on ebay...i am checking out this site, im not sure what it is but i found the link on adult swim. these girls are trying to do modeling, but it is sweet in a way. every woman wants to feel pretty, even if they aren't your typical 'beautiful', it still is sweet and endearing...(enduring? whatever the word is)
edit: ok you probably are thinking, no girl, your not getting the point! they are not trying to be beautiful, per se, they are just capturing their nonchalance and UNstyle to the point it IS stylish on film...
aaahhh who cares whatever!!?! still is interesting! HAHA!
here are some pics then i will include a link
i like looking at these kind of pictures because i kind of imagine their lives, lifestyles, way of living etc...its interesting....isnt it?
they are kind of 90s white trash looking, with a hint on napolean dynamite complex thrown in....wouldnt you agree??

well anyways here is the link. maybe i will include some more pics who knows?

BASD employee charged with threatening school, LVIA

An employee of Bethlehem Area School District faces charges he threatened Broughal Middle School and Lehigh Valley International Airport in online postings in which he referenced a "whole plan of attack," police said.
James W. Kelley, 38, who works at Broughal in information technology, is in Northampton County Prison on two felony charges of terroristic threats, an arrest Saturday that came as a school resource officer said Kelley had been acting erratic lately.
"What if I did lose it. What if I came into the School with a gun. I could have … I have all the keys. I can get in any door…anywhere," Kelly wrote on his publicly accessible Facebook page, according to an arrest affidavit.
"You should have been in the meeting with the admins today…boy was I full of BS," he wrote later, police said. "I even wrote out a whole plan of attack."
The alleged threats were posted Saturday and come at a time of heightened concern nationally, given a shooting in Arizona by an apparently mentally unstable man charged with killing six and wounding 13 others, including a congresswoman.
"The guy in Tucson, I think that's on everybody's mind," said police Lt. Mark DiLuzio, a detective. He called Kelley's postings "odd" and said it is unknown how they were meant.
"That I couldn't answer," DiLuzio said. "It's a threat and we take any kind of threat seriously. Any threats involving a school we take seriously."
Police said the postings also targeted the airport, with Kelley writing he was a "genius" who could "do anything," before adding: "Time to MESS with Air Traffic Control at LVI…this is going to be fun."
A spokeswoman for Lehigh Valley International Airport said the airport was notified of the postings, but did not need to alter its operations.
"There was nothing that changed at the airport because of this," said Susan Kittle. "No flights were changed or delayed because of it."
The postings as quoted in the police affidavit are rambling streams of thought and express bitterness toward Broughal Middle School.
"HA HA I wanted to scare you….like I'm doing all that work for 28k are you kidding me…you deserve it for not talking to me," the comments say at one point.
"I think I had the Broughal teachers all freaked out…but I had to stay in character to make it all work!"
After that was when he made reference to a meeting with administrators and the "plan of attack," police said.

Random Thoughts
Hey....I just made a good dinner, shrimp, veggies, herbs etc all mixed with egg noodles...anyways, i am so busy lately! i was reading at work, and there are a few cool items i want to purchase...i also want to start writing...i have so many interesting things i want to write about....so many! its just that, i dont have time anymore. i was thinking about california. you see, now, here i am, living this boring, sort of mundane life...this sort of, silly existence...i mean, i am going to school, i am working, i live here with my boyfriend and cat...and soon i will be driving a new car...(new for me that is), but, i still wonder...i do not want to give up on my dreams....which is..........i want to write. that is my passion and it has always been since i was a little kid. i am also artistic...even tho i do want to work in pharmacy, (because i need a job, you know?), i still never want to lose my creativity and imagination. i feel as if people do not like me, or think i am weird or dumb, even tho i certainly am NOT!!!!! but people dont like me...i dont know!??! i mean..........AAAAAAAHHH i have no one really. no one who thinks im COOL MAN or, interesting...etc.........
you know.........i have alot of interesting stories, ideas, etc...soon i want to really focus on writing, but....i have no free time!!! anyways, brb
hey, what is the deal with this MTV show skins? not to sound old, but it looks like it is trying to promote drunken, promiscuous behavior for kids, which, kids, im sorry, but that is NOT cool! this show really looks bad for teenagers...

Song and video of the day
This song has been in my head all day....*yawn* i am tired. sleeepy!!! need nap...well i layed down and closed my eyes for a minute...but, i have to be at work soon....geez i have been waking up early for days straight. i dont mind, but i need at least one day you know? where i can sleep in...not till 2 in the afternoon like i used too, but at least until 10am!!! im really not sure how much longer i want to stay at the airport, for real. i need a break on the weekends. i am supposed to be working part time since i am going to school. i dont know???! working at the airport is ok, well, it gets boring slow and boring. its weird. people are weird. i need to start wearing makeup and dressing nice and start to start feeling good about myself again. i miss feeling good about myself...oh, uh...we had a field trip today too, to the lehigh valley hospital...pharmacy...it was nice. i actually wouldn't mind working at a hospital pharmacy, but they would give me 2nd shift...(pay rates between 13.00 to 18.00 an hour i asked them)...i think i am going to try for long term or retail, i want 9-5 hours M-F....
anyways, this song has been in my head all day!!! i saw the video before i went to school haha

Iron Butterfly
My dad just told me about this. Iron Butterfly member, turned scientist, found dead in car. Working on time travel.
Iron Butterfly Member Disappears After Working on Faster-Than-Light Communication/Travel
Quote
was just talking about this with my mom and wondered how many here actually knew or have heard about him
if not, you owe it to yourself to at least should know of this story, as it was on Oprah, Unsolved Mysteries, America's Most Wanted, KTLA, and in various newspapers even a congressman urged the FBI to look into his vanishing
Philip 'Taylor' Kramer rock star bassist & mathematical genius/aerospace engineer worked at Northrop on the MX missile project. A student of theoretical physics, he pursued particles and equations that he believed would someday permit objects to move faster than the speed of light "warp speed" making possible travel to the stars.
He vanished on February 12th, 1996. The circumstances surrounding it has been the subject of many tv shows. Just days before he disappeared, Kramer and his father believed they had worked out a mathematical breakthrough, says Iron Butterfly band co-founder Ron Bushy, "We're talking 'Beam me up Scotty' time."
This may be the key to cracking the light-speed problem. It could make possible instantaneous transmission of matter
and data to any point in the universe.
The Equation, his father Ray Kramer says, combines the work of science's greatest minds: Newton, Einstein, Planck and Fermi. Relativity, quantum mechanics, quarks: It's all here, but no one else has put it all together
In May 1999, two hikers discovered Kramers 1993 Ford Aerostar van at the bottom of a Malibu, Calif., ravine. Skeletal remains found inside and near the vehicle were confirmed through dental records to be those of Kramer.
we will ever know the truth?

Holistic Living
I have been reading about astral projection lately. Sometimes work is slow, so I can read. Really interesting! I am inspired to write a story concerning an abused kid or perhaps a high school student who feels life treats them horribly and is alone, and they astral project to occupy their time. I want to start doing this and I am going to begin practicing it more often.

Astral Projection
sometimes i work downstairs, and believe me, it gets slow. so in that case, i can read. well, there are a few old gossip mags there, but i am sick of reading about reese witherspoon's chin...so this morning (i had to work 4am to 12 pm...) i decided to bring in a book. its a book from my library, but i just always put off reading about it. Astral projection! let me tell you, lots of times i have experienced leaving my body, however, i have no practice oh how to handle these journeys. with special breathing techiques and formulating a key figure, you can leave your body astrally. i want to do just this. also, i will start recording it too. for the first two weeks, you practice breathing techniques...ok here i will leave a few links and videos about astral projection.

what the hell is wrong with her? she says stay tuned, in 2011, she will be in big time movies...i wonder, is it because she sold her soul to the devil? she did, after all, write a letter to them, begging them to take her in...
here is her resorting to some sort of childlike alter (whether she is making it up, who knows really? maybe she is MK'd)
((check this out for brevity's sake))
tila talks about the others, rotspot edition
anyways, i cant find the letter she wrote to the illuminati! i searched everywhere for it too...ugh!!! when i find it i will put it up...

Duffing for Dollars
Moss invited me to this Vans Warped tour party. he would pay for my tickets and everything. sounds like fun, here is a little excerpt about it:
DUFFING FOR DOLLARS: Friends of the Vans Warped Tour -- like Adrian Young, drummer for No Doubt -- are set to show for a bit of golfing (fans of Mr. Young often see him putting in his trademark plaid trou) and a bit of cocktailing and a bit of poker playing and much raising of money for Unite the United and My Friend's Place Charities. It's all happening at the Mission Viejo Country Club.
oh my gosh, sounds like fun, right??? sure!! HECK YEAH!
but i have school...anyways, i was in the car yesterday with mike, and i was telling him about how this party is at the end of the month, and i said i would like to go. well, buckcherry will be there too, and there is a special concert AND i can meet them! well, all of a sudden, buckcherry song came on the radio...
sooooo....he says to me, "well, if you go, then i am going to have girls over"
well, the NEXT song on the radio, was GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS...
how weird is that??

Kids and pills
since i am going to school for pharmacy tech, i find this interesting. i actually do not believe in self medication, for anxiety and depression...some drugs, yes, i understand, but i believe in more of a holistic approach. In Europe, they are banning herbal pills. I found this article on vigilant's site.
So Young and So Many Pills

More than 25% of Kids and Teens in the U.S. Take Prescriptions on a Regular Basis
Gage Martindale, who is 8 years old, has been taking a blood-pressure drug since he was a toddler. “I want to be healthy, and I don’t want things in my heart to go wrong,” he says.
And, of course, his mom is always there to check Gage’s blood pressure regularly with a home monitor, and to make sure the second-grader doesn’t skip a dose of his once-a-day enalapril.
KIDSMEDSWEB
These days, the medicine cabinet is truly a family affair. More than a quarter of U.S. kids and teens are taking a medication on a chronic basis, according to Medco Health Solutions Inc., the biggest U.S. pharmacy-benefit manager with around 65 million members. Nearly 7% are on two or more such drugs, based on the company’s database figures for 2009.
Doctors and parents warn that prescribing medications to children can be problematic. There is limited research available about many drugs’ effects in kids. And health-care providers and families need to be vigilant to assess the medicines’ impact, both intended and not. Although the effects of some medications, like cholesterol-lowering statins, have been extensively researched in adults, the consequences of using such drugs for the bulk of a patient’s lifespan are little understood.
Many medications kids take on a regular basis are well known, including treatments for asthma and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
But children and teens are also taking a wide variety of other medications once considered only to be for adults, from statins to diabetes pills and sleep drugs, according to figures provided to The Wall Street Journal by IMS Health, a research firm. Prescriptions for antihypertensives in people age 19 and younger could hit 5.5 million this year if the trend though September continues, according to IMS. That would be up 17% from 2007, the earliest year available.
Researchers attribute the wide usage in part to doctors and parents becoming more aware of drugs as an option for kids. Unhealthy diets and lack of exercise among children, which lead to too much weight gain and obesity, also fuel the use of some treatments, such as those for hypertension. And some conditions are likely caught and treated earlier as screening and diagnosis efforts improve.
Gage, who isn’t overweight, has been on hypertension drugs since he had surgery to fix a heart defect as a toddler, says his mother, Stefanie Martindale, a Conway, Ark., marketing-company manager.
Most medications that could be prescribed to children on a chronic basis haven’t been tested specifically in kids, says Danny Benjamin, a Duke University pediatrics professor. And older drugs rarely get examined, since pharmaceutical firms have little incentive to test medicines once they are no longer under patent protection.
Still, a growing number of studies have been done under a Food and Drug Administration program that rewards drug companies for testing medications in children. In more than a third of these studies, there have been surprising side effects, or results that suggested a smaller or larger dose was needed than had been expected, Dr. Benjamin says. Those findings underscore that children’s reactions to medicines can be very different than those of adults. Long-term effects of drugs in kids are almost never known, since pediatric studies, like those in adults, tend to be relatively short.
“We know we’re making errors in dosing and safety,” says Dr. Benjamin, who is leading a new National Institutes of Health initiative to study drugs in children. He suggests that parents should do as much research as they can to understand the evidence for the medicine, confirm the diagnosis, and identify side effects. Among the places to check: drug labels and other resources on the FDA’s website, published research at www.pubmed.gov, and clinical guidelines from groups like the American Academy of Pediatrics.
When a child psychiatrist diagnosed their then 8-year-old daughter with bipolar disorder four years ago, Ken and Joy Lewis, of Chapel Hill, N.C., sought a second opinion from another child psychiatrist.
They also worked with a psychologist. Dr. Lewis, who leads a company that does early-stage drug studies, reads all the available research on each medication suggested for the girl, now 12, who has taken antipsychotics and other psychiatric medications including Risperdal and Haldol.
“If your child has a chronic problem, then you have to invest the time as a parent,” he says.
Parents and doctors also say nondrug alternatives should be explored where possible. Tom Wells, a professor of pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences who sees patients at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, frequently pushes diet and exercise changes before drugs for hypertensive kids. “Obesity is really the biggest cause I see for high blood pressure in adolescents,” he says. But only about 10% of families adhere to his diet and exercise recommendations, he says.
Beverly Pizzano, a psychologist who lives in Palm Harbor, Fla., spent years struggling with behavioral therapies for her son Steven, 10, who showed symptoms of ADHD at a young age. She worked with a counselor on a system of rewards for good behavior, and even had a research team watch him and suggest interventions. But she turned to medications after he struggled in kindergarten. “We tried everything before I would get to that,” she says.
After a drug is prescribed, children must be closely monitored, doctors say. They may not recognize or communicate a possible side effect, or whether their symptoms are improving. They also don’t always follow prescription instructions.
Robert Lemanske, a professor at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, says patients at his pediatric asthma clinic are checked regularly for side effects such as slowed rates of growth. He quizzes parents and young patients on details like where they keep their inhalers to make sure they’re taking their prescribed medicine.
Nichole Ramsey, a preschool teacher whose 9-year-old son Antwone is a patient at the clinic, watches her son’s basketball practices so she can head off any wheezing or other symptoms. She also makes sure she’s around when he gets his regular Advair dose. If Antwone stays at a friend’s house overnight, she asks the parents to watch that he takes steps like rinsing out his mouth to avoid a fungal infection that can be a side effect of the inhaled drug.
“You’re still the best monitor of what’s going on with them,” she says of a parent’s role.
Ms. Ramsey is particularly concerned about Advair, which has been tied to rare instances of asthma-related death, but says it works better than a previous drug he was using. Before he started the medications, Antwone was hospitalized several times for asthma attacks.
As children’s bodies change and grow, they often need different drugs or doses, says Greg Kearns, chairman of medical research at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.
Jennifer Flory, a homemaker in Baldwin City, Kan., says that after her daughter Cassandra, now 16, started taking a higher dose of the asthma drug Singulair a few years ago, she became more moody and sad. Ms. Flory didn’t connect the change to the drug, but when she eventually mentioned it to a nurse practitioner at the girl’s asthma clinic, the nurse suggested stopping Singulair, which currently has a precaution in its label about possible psychiatric side effects. Cassandra, who continued taking Advair, became far more cheerful and didn’t have any increase in asthma symptoms, Ms. Flory says.
A spokesman for Merck & Co., which makes Singulair, said in a statement that the company is “confident in the efficacy and safety of Singulair,” which is “an important treatment option for appropriate patients.”
