potluck

so...i was upset..a bit..just a little. auggie called me yesterday morning to say there is work...so i went..(im trying to get unemployment!??!) so...they had me shadowing lucy (the girl who started out in nutrisystem remember? she was cool this time tho...) so, i went around picking orders with her and she is saying i will have to learn to drive the pallet jack. it seems like they are training me to be a picker.

so...they would hire me full time...thing is......i dont really want to commit to a full time job. that means i cannot travel. i mean, i wanted to go to comic con, williams st, new orleans...all kinds of places...so.........ehhh...i dont know?

i guess time will tell. remind me to bring rolls and butter on friday, there is going to be a potluck..

i have been using my synchronicity journal so i havent been writing about them here...but i will mention a synch i had today. i decided to put on my ipod and take a walk. i was thinking about what i #hashtagged today on facebook, bcuz kim always says buwahaha and it irks me something...bad...i was trying to remember what i had wrote tho and i was thinking, 'irks me something...' and the song said 'something else' it could of been! then i was thinking about getting a tattoo and the song said, 'my tattoooo!" a song from gtav i cant think of the song. ooh a china town sandwich in LA

after that i started jogging and the song 'drivers seat' came on and they sang, 'doing a little jogging'

so...thats that!!!

Hi. Sage slept over this weekend. On Friday, we all went to see San Andreas in the theater. (the drive in had a double feature...san andreas and insidious 3...no one to see it with tho.) sage is here and i have been spending time with her. saturday, we went to the brooklyn pow-wow.

Pow-wow Stories

When Lisa and I were younger, we started dancing in pow-wows. Our friend Shannon taught us everything to know about making the regalia and dancing, beadwork and obtaining eagle feathers for our fans and hair peices. Native Americans are granted permission to obtain eagle feathers. We would go to the pow-wows during the summer. We would compete, and during intertribals we would walk with each other. It was kind of a who is popular type of thing. You get to know everyone at the pow-wows. The head dancers usually were part of the family. There were a few powwow bigshots. Hoop dancers are very cool. Lisa liked Ginew, a fancy dancer...but she ended up dating Waya, one of the pow-wow bigshots. His parents were involved with pow-wows, dad being traditional and mom being fancy (despite them not being full blooded...more like white, filipino, italian and a few other things)...

so from sages father, waya, sage grew up to be a really good fancy dancer.

So, we were there all day Saturday. It was nice.

We got home kind of late. Sunday we went to church. Then Lisa and matt came to get sage.



Mike was texting me on saturday telling me that he misses me and all that...sigh.....he came over we had ice cream and watched the boy next door.

what else? i dont know!?? im not sure what else i wanted to write about...
