food poisoning

so, this weekend i basically stayed home. my parents had left to pick up sage in s. carolina, and i had to stay here to feed the cats etc. friday mike came over for a bit and we went to the mall and grabbed a pizza, but i got upset with him for some reason...idk? i went back to my parents and went to sleep pretty early. saturday i went to mikes hoping to pick up my check, which didn't arrived. i used his shower then came home. i was going to try to make plans for later that night but i had received a text from my dad, actually from sage. she said she was sleeping over and wanted me to go to church the next day. so i waited for them, and i was about to head out but decided to stay in with sage. we watched elisa lam youtube videos and the alien apple logo youtube and stuff. next morning went to church, then had cookies and coffee afterwards, then we came back to the house. lisa and matt were there and my mom suggested we all go get lunch so we went to the italian place with the lunch specials. it was all pastas and chicken parmigian lunches for 4.95 i had chicken parmigian...itchy feet! so later they left and i was so tired i went to sleep at 10 because i had to wake up early the next morning..oh yeah after sage and them left i went to the mall with my mom to get some gifts. i told my mom it felt like i have been punched in the stomach. it did tho!?? and at the mall i kept smelling these weird candles at yankee candle like buttered popcorn and 2X4 and football scented, which made me feel nauseous. when i fell asleep i woke up because my dad had the heat on so high. i thought it was time to wake up or 4 in the morning, and i went to the bathroom and looked at the time, it was wasnt even midnight, but then when i layed back down, i could feel all this food grumbling around and i had diarhhea cramps...or whatever. i was up for two hours trying to just sleep because i couldnt go to the bathroom when i tried. finally i started dry heaving and i felt i had to puke so i went to the bathroom and started to puke but i also started getting diarhhea (gross i know!? sorry!) so i sat on the toilet, and i started puking in the tub at the same time it was awful!!!! and i kept heaving about 4 or 5 times till all the chicken parm and penne vodka (why they gave me that instead of spaghetti im not sure? im not much of a pasta person either too heavy)...it was awful but my belly was emptied and my bowels...ughh terrible! but then i wanted to clean out the tub so i got buckets of hot water and washed it down the drain and then i poured bleach in the tub too, but i was exhausted so i went back...this morning i woke up at 4 and i had more diarrhea..(why!? i dont know? i have been eating lots of sweets too...) i dont know why i am writing about this!??! anyways..i woke up for work and i came downstairs but my body felt like i fell off a roof onto concrete and i knew if i went to work i would feel faint and get sick again, so i called off...but they ended my assignment...

all day today i felt weak and chills...and tired. i layed on the couch all day, falling in and out of sleep while fox news and cnbc (yes i turned it on because something about coolest jobs were on and american greed)..i kept falling asleep while the tv talked about those vietnamese group who scammed casinos out of millions were on in the background.

i didnt even eat today, save for an orange, and half that sandwich my dad kept telling me to eat...(which was too fluffy starch bread and ham...and thick cheese ugh) that kind of food doesnt settle well in my stomach...

also gatorade.
