so in between dreams and awake, i had visions, for a youtube i want to do. first tho, my dream. i had a dream where i was supposed to go to this cool party, but it was getting later. i did my one eye all nice and make-upped, but the model who was going to bring us to the party came out, so i quickly did my other one. (not how i do my eye makeup but in my dream it was, i do them both at the same time...you know what i mean? like, first shadow, eyebrows, eyeliner, mascara etc) i was mad tho, because i had brought a 12 pack, of wine coolers? i saw that they all drank it! i had 1 left!??? i was mad, and i questioned the girl, but later she turned it around and said, "are you going to be blaming me?" there was another girl there so i said, "looks like she drank most of it"...then she started being gossipy and agreed with me, "yes i saw her drinking them all" HAHA stupid dream!
but the video i want to make is the truth about hollywood....
"Remember, when you were younger, when you were more keen/susceptible....hopeful, mesmerized, by Hollywood? (not everyone was but you know what i mean), when it seemed like places dreams were made of! Remember your favorite movie, how a certain scene moved you, warmed you, made you laugh, made you cry? ((etc with the cheesy cliches))...(i was thinking, some magical movie type music at this point, along with clips of scenes that are embedded into our subconscious, ie, the titanic scene, rose and jack front of the boat, dumbo with the mother in a jail, (sad), you know....a few comedy clips for the funny...whatever....THEN!!! dun dun dun dunt....the truth!

so, i want to start making videos and stuff but i need the right equipment, (not windows video maker)...and a good computer! also want to do the big bang theory/take-out video, as well as a few others....YEAH!! and maybe make some fun movies!???? or, whatever.....

You want some extra tools like WinFF (that converts between different file types for your video editor), and Camtasia (that's for recording the screen). Know how to use ALT+Print Screen, how to get videos off youtube and other websites, and how to do audio recording with your microphone. Learn some basic photoshopping in case you need it. I'll post more if I can think of them.
ReplyDeleteAs for a video editor that produces professional looking videos, you want Sony Vegas. That's the easiest to start off with. If you want more powerful stuff (they are harder to learn), first go for Adobe Premiere Pro (for editing videos) with Adobe After Effects (for the special effects). Then, go on to either Final Cut Pro or Avid Media Composer. Those are industry-standards that Hollywood studios use. You also may want to download additional plugins, lower thirds, mattes, etc. And if you really want to hit it hard because you're passionate, read some books on visual design.
