Of course it is not really a man, but a woman who underwent gender reassignment surgery. I am just linking to it, because look how much of a man this woman turned into. Female to male trans almost always look like real men, not butch lesbian, but real men!?? This is why I can see Hollywood stars such as Justin Timberlake, actually was born female.

But this person is not gay? He has a boyfriend...and IS PREGNANT!??
